the only document I can access/read is KCHRA_brochure_CEO which is in accessible to all PDF; it would be really helpful to provide all documents in PDF
I agree that documents posted for the public should be pdfs.
For those of us who don’t have MS Office, however, there are workarounds. Get familiar with the free, online MS Office-compatible software provided by Google: Google Docs (reads/writes MS Word-compatible files), Google Sheets (same for Excel spreadsheets), Google Slides (same for Powerpoint). These are all easily accessed via any browser (Chrome works especially well) and can be used along with Google Drive to store your files in the cloud. (In Drive, open Google Docs from the drop-down menu at top left, then use Docs to open the document file. It will recognize most/all document formats.)
